- Pioneering Leadership: SEMS is led by Mr. Ajay Singh, the former Chief of Sustainability and Environment at New York City Transit. His pioneering work in large-scale urban sustainability, extensive logistics experience across the United States, and tenure as Chair of the Transportation Advisory Committee for New Jersey laid the strategic foundation for our firm.
- A Century of Collective Expertise: Since our inception, we have aggregated over 100 years of multi-dimensional experience within our core team. This deep well of knowledge has allowed us to deliver high-impact assignments across South Asia and North America, ranging from master planning to transit-oriented development (TOD).
- Global Benchmarks in Sustainability: A historic milestone for SEMS was our partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to introduce the ISO 14001 framework to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). Through this initiative, DMRC became the first metro system in the world to achieve this environmental certification during the construction phase.

We played a critical role in India's first fully underground metro corridor—the USD 5 billion Mumbai Metro Line 3—handling multi-package civil works and structural model reviews.
